On the 19th October 2019, Garth Tavares aka Cape Town Vegan and Dr Lize Berkley (PhD), Senior Lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in Futures Studies and Systems Thinking were interviewed live on ENCA on the rise of veganism in South Africa and around the world. The interview was conducted by Jeremy Maggs who discussed the growth of plant-based diets, a burgeoning vegan movement and the economic implications.
