You can have a vegan braai?
It’s Veganuary and too many people have this misconception that vegans can’t braai or have nothing to braai. A lot of people think that in order to be vegan, you will have to break away from tradition.
I feel that this misconception deters many people from even considering veganism.
With all the vegan products available at the stores, it’s so simple to make the switch.

Cut all your ingredients into bite-size chunks and arrange them in any order on a kebab stick
place these in a container and mix chutney with oil and smokey bbq and let them marinade
Cut about 3 quarters way through the bread every 3 to 4 centimetres
Thinly dice the cloves of garlic and mix them with margarine and some salt
Generously lather your margarine mix into the sections of the loaf and with whats left coat the top of the roll.
Start by cutting your onions and tomatoes into little slices
Take 2 slices of bread and butter one if you want, add a little bit of onion and tomato and coast the other slice with chutney
add salt and pepper and your vegan cheese, close it up and now just left to braai everything
