This recipe can be adapted with any variation of “pulled Pork” like pulled mushrooms, jackfruit and seitan.
Don’t be as foolish as I was on the day filming this video.
The wrap should be much thinner than mine… I used to much of the dough for each wrap.

“Pulled Pork” Wrap
Pour 2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl
Add garlic powder, onion powder and quite a bit of salt and mix
Pour in a dash on the olive oil and a cup of water and mix together
When it starts coming together start to mix it all with your hands
Keep mixing it until you form a ball and then wrap it up in cling wrap
Then chop up your red onions and mince up a clove of garlic and Thinly slice the mushrooms
On a low heat put a bit of olive oil down and start frying the onions
Add salt and pepper, the garlic you chopped and the smoked paprika
Drain the tin of chickpeas and add the peas to the pan
Let it cook and mix together and then add the sliced mushrooms
Pour it into a bowl and start to cook your pulled pork in a new pan with a bit of olive oil
Take your batter and cut it in half and start to knead it over a dash of flour
Try get it into a round shape while adding some flour to the top
Then on a low heat cook the wrap in a dry pan till it bubbles and browns a little on both sides
Cut your avo and scoop it out, then cutting it into slices
Then chop up a tomato
Now time to put it all together
Lay the wrap down and spread a spoon of vegan mayo around the middle
Add your lettuce and tomato
Then scoop the pulled pork in and the onion with chickpea mixture
Lay a couple avocado slices on top and add salt and pepper
close the wrap up and enjoy
