Peel and chop up your bananas
Freeze them overnight
Put the frozen bananas in a food processor or a Blender
Have patience as you will need to sometimes stir the bananas around when it gets stuck
When it starts to look crumby add the tin of coconut cream
Add the vanilla essence or pods for flavour (grind the pods up)
Now add your sugar/sweet substitute (Syrup works) Taste test as you go
chop up the chocolate and nuts (If you want nuts)as this will help it blend
Add it to the blender and keep some to add later
Add 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder and chocolate (nuts too) to the blender
Taste to see if it is sweet enough and add your sugar as desired
And add a pinch of salt
Pour the blend into a container and add the rest of the chocolate
Freeze it for a couple hours and enjoy
