Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Easy vegan avocado chocolate mousse.

I still can’t get over just how f*meow*ng good this was! And it was so quick to put together. Look, the first time I made this I was so skeptical. I thought it was going to have an overpowering avo taste.

But to my surprise, it had none. 3 Smallish avocados will give you 3 servings. It is a little rich, so you probably wouldn’t want to have too much anyway.

Consume while fresh. If you let it stand, the avo will oxidize and turn dark brown.

 3 Small - Medium-ish Avocados
 3 tbsp of Cocoa powder
 Sweetener (Amount is up to you)
 Pinch of Salt
 Some liquid to help with blending (plant milk, coconut cream etc.)

In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients. Blend. Open and scrape down the sides. Have a taste and add more sweetener or cocoa powder as necessary.

Last bend... and done...
